There are no set guidelines recommended concerning age for when to start a baby massage, it can be difficult for parents to attend a class regularly in the early weeks with a newborn as a result, some parents prefer to wait till their baby is around six weeks old when they established a routine and get to understand their baby’s behavior. Babies may find structured massage overwhelming in the early weeks.

These are some tips to help your massage at home:

  • Choose a time when your baby is alert and relax and content this will make it possible for baby to interact
